Cecilia Fay, not to be confused with the name of the infamous Simon and Garfunkel song, is a native Memphian, who was raised on Huey's burgers, ilovememphis blog posts, and the Memphis Tigers. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Memphis with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in English. An active member of her college community, Cecilia served as the Marketing Director for the university’s chapter of Active Minds, a mental health awareness non-profit. During her final semester, she was the Vice President of the university chapter of PRSSA. In that role, she engaged potential and current members through events, public speaking, and networking.

She specializes in social media, event management, and communications. Some of her former clients include local favorite Frank Grisanti’s and The Arcade Restaurant, the oldest cafe in Memphis.

A firm believer in the power of storytelling, Cecilia has been published in Storyboard Memphis, a publication dedicated to telling Memphis stories written by Memphians. As a member of Memphis’s chapter of PRSA, she loves to connect with industry leaders and will always appreciate the everchanging world that is communications.

When she is not on Instagram or answering emails, you can find Cecilia trying new local food spots, grabbing a drink downtown, or at a Tiger Football game.

Fun Fact: Cecilia is a third-generation marketing and communications professional!
