Content Kindler (Part-Time, Contract)

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Content Kindler, you will be responsible for capturing on-site photo and video content for client accounts and supporting the Client Expedition Managers with event coverage and live posting. Your role will involve attending client shoots and events, editing photos, creating engaging reels, and delivering organized content our team can use across platforms. • Event Coverage: Attend client events where you will follow a set shot list for live posting. Collect content to build client inventory for future promotional needs and recap posts.

  • Live Posting and Uploads: Post live stories during events as directed, and upload all captured content to the client's shared Google Drive folder before leaving the site.

  • Photo Editing: Complete basic photo edits (cropping, lighting, color correction) so images are polished and ready for client use.

  • Reel Creation: Edit captured footage into engaging, scroll-stopping reels using CapCut, following client brand guidelines and current platform best practices.

  • Team Support: Coordinate with the Client Expedition Managers on shot lists, schedules, and content review. Be proactive in completing tasks, practice active communication, and be open to constructive feedback.
